2012 Goals

A few of my goals for the year. I am sharing them here to keep me on track, touch base and see where my passions take me…

NEW for 2012!
30 Things Before I’m 30
1. Travel to Europe – Done
2. Run a half marathon – First one in May!
3. Buy a house – Done
4. Buy a bag that is wayyyy to expensive – DONE! 🙂
5. Host parties at our new house
6. Read a book a month

  • The Last Lecture – January
  • Sarah’s Key – February
  • Unbroken – March
  • 50 Shades of Grey (don’t laugh)- June
  • 50 Shades Darker – July
  • The Reliable Wife – August

7. Master crow pose in yoga

8. Travel to two new cities:

  • Charleston, SC

9. Write/freelance – I am a published writer, but would like to reignite the passion

10. Become a certified yoga instructor/ health coach??

11. Create a piece of furniture or art for my house.

12. Start pursuing my dream career….just START

13. Roast a whole chicken. I have NEVER done this – I am determined!

14. Travel to NYC and skate at Rockefeller under the Christmas tree

15. Go hiking

16. Host a holiday dinner/party

17. Attend a blogger conference

18. Take a class that is outside of my box

19. Be happy with my work and position

20. Take a cooking class

21. Kiss under the stars on the Eiffel Tower

22. Go to local events (concerts, events, festivals)

23. Create a new header for the blog

24. Leave an Operation Beautiful note somewhere

25. Work to pay it forward in as many ways and as many times possible

26. Watch Gone with the Wind

27. Visit local farmer’s markets

28. Find a healthy approach to food and fitness – ongoing!!

29. Visit the spa and have a skin care regimen

30. Make peace with what we cannot change

And, of course, throw an awesome 30th birthday bash!!
