WIALW: Workout Support

This week brought on another round of Best Body Bootcamp. As I mentioned before, I signed up for Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp and I have to say, I am loving the program! Each week, you have a new schedule that incorporated cardio, strength, endurance and balance exercices.

What I love about this program is…well, everything.

The program is flexible. I have started my half marathon training, but am still able to participate in BBB. You can still get in your workouts, swap days, whatever you need.

The program is customizable. Tina provides an outline and it is up to you to fill it in. For example, selecting your weights, type of cardio equipment and days to complete.

The program is fun. There are lots of people participating, prizes and is a challenge. All things I love!

The program is about being the best version of you. ‘Nough said.

The program comes with a support group. As I mentioned above, Tina has done a great job of connecting everyone that is participating in the bootcamp. We swap stories, questions, advice, tips – it’s a great community.

The program is beyond affordable. $25 for an eight-week program. I mean, come on.

While I have not been as strict with her workouts and prioritized my training, it has provided great structure and guidance to my cross-training days. And, having such a large, strong community has made me feel like I am not in this alone.
